Terms of Service

ForgeOS is software for home-service businesses: booking, scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoices, payments, customer messages, phone and AI receptionist features. Features depend on your plan, described on the pricing page.

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team's accounts.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for following the laws that apply to your business.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Usage-based charges (such as extra texts or phone minutes) are billed as described on the pricing page. Taxes may apply.

When you use ForgeOS to text your customers, you agree that:

• You will only text people who gave you their mobile number and agreed to receive texts about their service — for example by checking the consent box on your ForgeOS booking page, or by asking you to text them when booking by phone or in person.
• You will send only messages about service the person asked for (confirmations, reminders, updates, estimates, invoices and replies). Offers and promotions go only to people who separately agreed to marketing texts from you, and you will record when and how they agreed.
• Every text identifies your business. ForgeOS adds your company name and opt-out instructions automatically.
• You will honor opt-outs. When someone replies STOP, ForgeOS stops texting them from your number automatically, and you will not work around it.
• You will not send unlawful, misleading, hateful or adult content, or content about prohibited products.

Full details of the text program, including message frequency, STOP and HELP, are in our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Don't misuse ForgeOS: no unlawful activity, spam, attempts to break in or overload the service, or reselling it without our permission. We may suspend accounts that put other people, carriers or the service at risk.

You own the data you put into ForgeOS. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and ask us to delete it, at any time.

ForgeOS is provided "as is". AI features (such as the AI receptionist and suggested estimates) can make mistakes; review what matters before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, ForgeOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
