What happens when AI Receptionist minutes run out?+

Nothing is billed. Callers reach voicemail and get a text back, and you're told before it happens — at 80% and again at 100%. If you'd rather it kept answering, you can switch on pay-per-minute yourself. Unused minutes carry over for 60 days, and calls under 15 seconds don't use any.

How does the first-month price work?+

On monthly billing, your first paid month is half price. After that it renews at the full monthly price shown under it — that renewal price is on your plan card, on the checkout page before you pay, and in your receipt. Annual plans are already discounted, so the first-month offer doesn't apply to them. It applies once per business.

How do I cancel?+

In Settings, in two clicks — no phone call. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep everything you've paid for until the end of that period. After that your account is read-only, and your data stays available to export.

What do payments cost?+

ForgeOS adds no fee of its own to the payments your customers make. Bank payments cost far less to process than cards, so invoices over $1,000 offer bank payment first, with card as the alternative. Processing is charged by the payment processor at its standard rates.

Who owns my data?+

You do. Customers, jobs, estimates and invoices can be exported at any time. An unpaid trial becomes read-only with export still available — nothing is deleted.
